“The reference carrying Images he uses and reuses often resemble characters rehearsing plays; they make an entrance, become modified and over period of time, that my see a whole body of work develop, take on new meanings. Works, particularly the larger pieces, appear to have a cast, a set and ever a plot. They are often self contains dramas or gross parodies of medieval mystery plays. Ultimately the work is about the Impossibility of representing the new and modern in a totally original and honest way – there are as many interpretations as there are pairs of legs.
