These translations of well known record cover sleeve Art were all produced from memory and are linked either by their iconic imagery on their associated music to anecdotal narratives relating moments of my own personal politics of racial awareness and tolerance. Set against a backdrop of a small town provincial upbringing, the tales read as a catalogue of brutality, shame, guilt, ignorance and prejudice.

Originally conceived as a group of paintings, these works have been developed thought lithography. Upon completion they will be accompanied by vinyl LP on which the anthology of related stories be published as a non linear verbal narrative.
